Corpse Jumper Beta 0.2

Added the "corpse jump" ability to player which allows for the player to teleport to the last location of enemy. Due to finals uploads will be a bit sketchy but work on enemy attacks, proper implementation of a timer for this ability, and removing slow fall for actual falling will be in the next update. To replace slow falling the test level will have a new re-spawning enemy type for you to cross gaps with.
